How to search historical imagery on Google Earth

When looking for evidence of a build date or conversion of a property Google Earth can provide some helpful evidence.
For example, by clicking the historical imagery button, as shown in the video below, you can see where this property was built sometime between 2011 and 2015.
Just head to https://earth.google.com/web/search/ and search for a property by it's address, and then you can change the historical imagery dates using the tab at the top.
When collecting evidence from Google Earth, it's advisable to take a screenshot clearly showing the date on the slider and the photo where the property is situated.

Google Earth is acceptable evidence for audits and also recommended before visiting a property to conduct an assessment.
