Introduction
This video provides an introduction to iSBEM and demonstrates how to create a new EPC project.
General
The general tab is mostly admin and shows how the basic details of a building should be entered.
Project Database
This is the section where you can define the constructions to be used within your project.
Geometry
This section enables you to create the building’s model, including zones and envelopes.
Building Services
Use this section to define and assign the different HVAC, HWS, and renewable systems present in your project. You can also record ventilation, exhaust, and lighting options for each zone.
Ratings
The ratings section is where the calculation is performed and various draft documents are generated including the EPC, Recommendations Report and BRUKL documents.
